Deposits
We require two seperate deposits whenever we hire out equipment. This page simplifies what each deposit is for but it is essential that you read the terms and conditions before booking with us.
Booking deposit
After we have confirmed all arrangements we require a £20 booking deposit to be paid online to secure the booking. When this is paid we will email you to confirm that you are fully booked in.
The booking deposit is taken from the total cost. For example, if you hire the iPod Disco at £50 then a booking deposit of £20 is taken in advance and the balance of £30 is due on delivery.
Damage deposit
When we arrive to set up equipment we require a £100 damage deposit. This must be in cash only and will be returned to you when you return the equipment to us, subject to it being in good condition.
If you hire equipment with an engineer the damage deposit is not required.
